۞ وَإِذَا وَقَعَ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَآبَّةًۭ مِّنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ أَنَّ ٱلنَّاسَ كَانُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا لَا يُوقِنُونَ
উচ্চারণ: wa-idhā waqaʿa l-qawlu ʿalayhim akhrajnā lahum dābbatan mina l-arḍi tukallimuhum anna l-nāsa kānū biāyātinā lā yūqinūna

আর যখন তাদের ওপর শাস্তির অবধারিত ডিক্রি ও প্রতিশ্রুতি কার্যকর হবে, তখন আমরা তাদের জন্য মাটি থেকে এক বিস্ময়কর ভূ-জীব সত্তা (দাব্বাতাম মিনাল আরদ্বি - dābbatan mina l-arḍi) নির্গত করব, যা তাদের সাথে বাক্যালাপ করবে যে, মানুষ আমাদের মহাজাগতিক ও প্রামাণ্য নিদর্শনসমূহে প্রকৃত দৃঢ় বিশ্বাস ও আস্থা স্থাপন করত না।

তাদেরকে দেয়া প্রতিশ্রুতি যখন বাস্তবে পরিণত হবে, আমি তখন (কিয়ামাত আগমণের নির্দশন হিসেবে) ভূমি থেকে তাদের জন্য একটি জন্তু বের করব যা তাদের সঙ্গে এ কথা বলবে যে, মানুষ আমার নিদর্শনসমূহে বিশ্বাস করত না।
Scientific Translation (Quranic Scientific Meaning)
And when the decree of final transition befalls them, We will bring forth for them an organism emerging from the earth that will articulate to them that humanity lacked empirical conviction in Our signs.
Conventional English Translation
And when the word befalls them, We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them, [saying] that the people were, of Our verses, not certain [in faith].

دَابَّةً مِّنَ الْأَرْضِ (dābbatan mina l-arḍi): organism from the earth; تُكَلِّمُهُمْ: speaks to them; لَا يُوقِنُونَ: did not have certainty.
