إِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ وَلَا تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ ٱلدُّعَآءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا۟ مُدْبِرِينَ
উচ্চারণ: innaka lā tus'miʿu l-mawtā walā tus'miʿu l-ṣuma l-duʿāa idhā wallaw mud'birīna

নিশ্চয়ই তুমি আত্মিকভাবে মৃতদেরকে সত্যের বাণী শোনাতে পারবে না (লা তুসমি'উল মাওতা - lā tusmi'u l-mawtā), আর না তুমি বধিরদেরকে সত্যের ডাক শোনাতে সক্ষম হবে (লা তুসমি'উস সুম্মাদ দু'আ - lā tusmi'u ṣ-ṣummad du'ā), বিশেষত যখন তারা অহংকারে পিঠ ফিরিয়ে দূরে চলে যায়।

তুমি মৃতদেরকে শুনাতে পারবে না, আর বধিরকেও আহবান শুনাতে পারবে না (বিশেষতঃ) যখন তারা পিঠ ফিরিয়ে চলে যায়।
Scientific Translation (Quranic Scientific Meaning)
Indeed, you cannot make the spiritually dead hear, nor can you make the willfully deaf perceive the call when they turn their backs retreating.
Conventional English Translation
Indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hear the call when they have turned their backs retreating.
