ثَانِىَ عِطْفِهِۦ لِيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۖ لَهُۥ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا خِزْىٌۭ ۖ وَنُذِيقُهُۥ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ عَذَابَ ٱلْحَرِيقِ
উচ্চারণ: thāniya ʿiṭ'fihi liyuḍilla ʿan sabīli l-lahi lahu fī l-dun'yā khiz'yun wanudhīquhu yawma l-qiyāmati ʿadhāba l-ḥarīqi

(বিতর্ক করে অবজ্ঞাভরে) ঘাড় বাঁকিয়ে (লোকেদেরকে) আল্লাহর পথ থেকে বিচ্যুত করার উদ্দেশে। তার জন্য আছে লাঞ্ছনা এ দুনিয়াতে, আর কিয়ামাতের দিন তাকে আস্বাদন করাব (অগ্নির) দহন যন্ত্রণা।
Scientific Translation (Quranic Scientific Meaning)
(Disputing in disdain) twisting his neck to mislead others from the path of the Supreme Source Code (Allah). For him in this world is disgrace, and on the Day of Resurrection We will make him taste the punishment of the Burning Fire.
Conventional English Translation
Twisting his neck [in arrogance] to mislead [people] from the way of Allah. For him in the world is disgrace, and We will make him taste on the Day of Resurrection the punishment of the Burning Fire [while it is said],
