لِّلَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ ۚ يَهَبُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ إِنَـٰثًۭا وَيَهَبُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ ٱلذُّكُورَ
উচ্চারণ: lillahi mul'ku l-samāwāti wal-arḍi yakhluqu mā yashāu yahabu liman yashāu ināthan wayahabu liman yashāu l-dhukūra

Scientific Translation (Quranic Scientific Meaning)
Unto the Supreme Source Code (Allah) belongs absolute sovereignty over the cosmic tiers and the terrestrial earth; He creates whatever He wills. He bestows female offspring upon whom He wills, and He bestows male offspring upon whom He wills.
Conventional English Translation
To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He creates what he wills. He gives to whom He wills female [children], and He gives to whom He wills males.
