وَمِن قَبْلِهِۦ كِتَـٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِمَامًۭا وَرَحْمَةًۭ ۚ وَهَـٰذَا كِتَـٰبٌۭ مُّصَدِّقٌۭ لِّسَانًا عَرَبِيًّۭا لِّيُنذِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُحْسِنِينَ
উচ্চারণ: wamin qablihi kitābu mūsā imāman waraḥmatan wahādhā kitābun muṣaddiqun lisānan ʿarabiyyan liyundhira alladhīna ẓalamū wabush'rā lil'muḥ'sinīna

অথচ এর পূর্বে মূসার কিতাব অবতীর্ণ হয়েছিল এক সার্বিক পথনির্দেশক ও রহমতস্বরূপ (ইমামাও ওয়া রাহমাহ - imāmaw wa-raḥmah); আর এই কুরআন হলো সেই পূর্ববর্তী কিতাবসমূহের সত্যায়নকারী এক বিশুদ্ধ আরবি ভাষার মহাগ্রন্থ (কিতাবুম মুসাদ্দিকুল লিসানান 'আরাবীয়্যা - kitābum muṣaddiqul lisānan 'arabiyyā), যাতে অত্যাচারী সীমালঙ্ঘনকারীদের সতর্ক করা যায় (লিইউনযিরাল্লাযীনা জ়ালামূ - liyundhira lladhīna ẓalamū) এবং সৎকর্মশীলদের জন্য রয়েছে মহা সুসংবাদ (ওয়া বুশরা লিলমুহসিনীন - wa-bushrā lil-muḥsinīn)।

অথচ ইতোপূর্বে মূসার কিতাব এসেছিল পথপ্রদর্শক ও রহমত স্বরূপ। আর (এখন অবতীর্ণ) এ কিতাব তার সমর্থক, আরবী ভাষায়, যালিমদেরকে সতর্ক করার জন্য আর সৎকর্মশীলদেরকে সুসংবাদ দেয়ার জন্য।
Scientific Translation (Quranic Scientific Meaning)
Yet prior to it, the Scripture of Moses was deployed as an authoritative guide and a mercy; and this Book is a confirming verification in articulate Arabic speech, to warn the unjust violators and to transmit joyful tidings unto the virtuous system-builders.
Conventional English Translation
And before it was the scripture of Moses to lead and as a mercy. And this is a confirming Book in an Arabic tongue to warn those who have wronged and as good tidings to the doers of good.
