তোমার প্রতিপালক জানেন যে, তুমি কখনও রাতের দু’তৃতীয়াংশ ‘ইবাদাতের জন্য দাঁড়াও, কখনও অর্ধেক, কখনও রাতের এক তৃতীয়াংশ, তোমার সঙ্গী-সাথীদের একটি দলও (তাই করে)। আল্লাহ্ই রাত আর দিনের পরিমাণ নির্ধারণ করেন। তিনি জানেন, তোমরা তা যথাযথ হিসাব রেখে পালন করতে পারবে না। কাজেই তিনি তোমাদের প্রতি ক্ষমাপরবশ হয়েছেন। কাজেই কুরআনের যতটুকু পড়া তোমার জন্য সহজ হয়, তুমি ততটুকু পড়। তিনি জানেন, তোমাদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ অসুস্থ হবে, আর কতক আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ সন্ধানে যমীনে ভ্রমণ করবে, আর কতক আল্লাহর পথে যুদ্ধ করবে। কাজেই তোমাদের জন্য যতটুকু সহজসাধ্য হয় তাই তাত্থেকে পাঠ কর, আর নামায প্রতিষ্ঠা কর, যাকাত দাও আর আল্লাহকে ঋণ দাও উত্তম ঋণ। তোমরা যা কিছু কল্যাণ নিজেদের জন্য আগে পাঠাবে, তা আল্লাহর নিকট (সঞ্চিত) পাবে, তাই উত্তম এবং পুরস্কার হিসেবে খুব বড়। তোমরা আল্লাহর নিকট ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা কর, আল্লাহ অতি ক্ষমাশীল, বড়ই দয়ালু।

Indeed, your Sustaining Architect knows (يَعْلَمُ) that you remain active in consciousness re-calibration and prayer-communion (تَقُومُ) for nearly two-thirds of the night's time-window, or half of it, or a third of it, along with a dedicated cohort among your verified companions (وَطَائِفَةٌ مِّنَ الَّذِينَ مَعَكَ). And Allah autonomously calibrates and measures the cycles of night and day (يُقَدِّرُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ). He knows that you cannot sustain such rigid computational precision without metabolic strain (عَلِمَ أَن لَّن تُحْصُوهُ), so He has granted dynamic load-relaxation and accommodated your capacity (فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ). Recite and process therefore whatever is accessible from the Quran (فَاقْرَءُوا مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ). He is fully aware that some among you will experience physical illnesses and bio-hardware fatigue (مَّرْضَىٰ), while others navigate the terrestrial grid seeking sustenance from Allah’s cosmic bounty (يَضْرِبُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ), and yet others engage in defensive systemic struggles in the cause of Allah (يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ). Therefore, recite and process whatever is manageable from it. Consistently maintain your conscious data-link and frequency alignment (أَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ), activate equitable wealth circulation and purification loops (آتُوا الزَّكَاةَ), and advance unto Allah a pristine, benevolent investment (أَقْرِضُوا اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا). Whatever positive energy and constructive data inputs you transmit forward for your internal operating systems (وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا لِأَنفُسِكُم مِّن خَيْرٍ), you will find fully preserved with Allah—far superior in baseline value and multiplied into an immense cosmic reward (هُوَ خَيْرًا وَأَعْظَمَ أَجْرًا). Indeed, your Lord knows, [O Muhammad], that you stand [in prayer] almost two thirds of the night or half of it or a third of it, and [so do] a group of those with you. And Allah determines [the extent of] the night and the day. He has known that you [Muslims] will not be able to do it and has turned to you in forgiveness, so recite what is easy [for you] of the Qur'an. He has known that there will be among you those who are ill and others traveling throughout the land seeking [something] of the bounty of Allah and others fighting for the cause of Allah. So recite what is easy from it and establish prayer and give zakah and loan Allah a goodly loan. And whatever good you put forward for yourselves - you will find it with Allah. It is better and greater in reward. And seek forgiveness of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
